Every order to the United States ships free, with no minimum spend.

Delivery time

We process orders in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 10–20 days from the day you order. When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Where orders ship from

Orders ship from our partner warehouses in China. Delivery to the US usually takes 10–20 days from the day you order.

More than one package

Items from the same order may ship from different warehouses and arrive separately. You never pay extra for this.

Duties and taxes

Prices include any US import duties. There's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Late or lost orders

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
